Super Hugo

yet another birthday present for a friend of mine: 

A few weeks ago I was a guest tutor in "Peter Peterson Primary school" in Haren. A friend of mine had an intership there, and wanted to organise something for the "child's book" week. The subject of the week was "Superheroes", so I was teaching the kids how to draw superhero's and make superheroe's out of themselves. It was a lof of fun and I've learned alot. I must say those kids were very talented! And we all loved the results. :):

Doodles

I was just making some doodles in my dummy and then I got inspired and thought it would be cool if can combine them all in Photoshop and make it look like wallpaper or a graffiti on the wall. Graffiti also inspires me, I think it's an underestimated form of surrealism, although this was made with pencils and fineliners.Some pages didn't make it to my final product,but maybe I can use them later. Ruud van Emple Exhibiton

Hey guys!  

Today we visited Ruud van Empel's  exhibiton in Groningen Museum and I must say:I think I've just found another hero to add to my list. This guy is really amazing with Photoshop and Photography manipulation.He really brings a cinemtaic feel to his work! And man those colors, they just jump at you!
